Food Fund Drive

FOOD FUND DRIVE (3) (2).jpg

Thank you, Glenrose Lodge Free Masons, Woolwich Community Lions Club, Optimist Club of Elmira, St. Jacobs Lions Club, Optimist Club of St. Jacobs, 1st Elmira Scout Group, Knights of Columbus Council 8192, EDSS First Robotics-Team 4917, Floradale Friends of Dog Guides, and Kiwanis Club of Elmira, for your continued support.

It’s again that time of year when we think of the Woolwich Community Services (“WCS”) Christmas Goodwill Hampers.  The need is always great.

Please note there will be NO DOOR-TO-DOOR FOOD DRIVE.

Funds will need to be raised to replace the food that would otherwise be put in the Goodwill Hampers. WCS will be replacing the food with Gift Cards for Foodland and Food Basics.

Below is a brief summary of how this fundraising will be accomplished.

1. Area Service Clubs are joining together to offer you an opportunity to donate (either cash or by cheque) at certain businesses in Woolwich Township on Friday November 1st and Saturday November 2nd, 2024.

2. As an alternative at any time before December 6th 2024, you can either:

A. Donate cash or a cheque to the WCS office located at 5 Memorial Ave, Elmira; or

B. Online donations may be made at woolwichcommunityservices.org/donate or by using the QR Code below for WCS;  to donate please use dropdown under FUND as Christmas Goodwill (Food).
